Jonathon Karelse is a recognized Demand Planning thought leader, and has implemented demand planning and S&OP strategies for some of the world’s most successful supply chains. Outside his co-founding role at NorthFind Management, Mr. Karelse held roles as Chief Strategy Officer for Canada’s largest vitamins and supplements manufacturer; Vice President, Strategic Planning and Corporate Development for a Canadian transportation products distributor; Chair of the Rubber Association of Canada’s Forecast Committee; and Canadian Business Unit Director for Yokohama Tire.

Jonathon is a frequent speaker, moderator and panelist at APICS and IBF Conferences on Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning and S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning). He has been recognized as “Best of the Best”  by the APICS andIBF from 2009 to 2017, and was recently an executive panelist at the IE’s Global CSO Conference in Singapore. He has been published in various trade and academic journals, including the Journal of Business Forecasting, Foresight, and Supply Chain Brain; and is frequently cited as a subject matter expert.

Mr. Karelse is a graduate of the MIT Sloan School of Management’s Executive Program in Value Chain and Operations Management. Recently, he completed Harvard Business School’s program in Behavioural Economics. He is a strong supporter of NorthFind’s community involvement, and is a Director on his local hospital board and chairs its Governance Committee.
