Where do I begin to extol the value of working with Jonathon? I started working with him somewhere around 2013 I believe. At that time, we were re-vamping an internal S&OP process at the company I was working at. Growth was skyrocketing, but purchasing was doing all the forecasting – yes that was our process – look back and do the same with some adder of growth. Jonathan is a true expert who, as a consultant, has a gifted ability to prescribe S&OP and supply chain solutions that actually work. Having worked with Jonathan for 6+ months, I know he has actually been there, done that in various capacities. (Unlike big name consultants who may not have actually solved real issues hands on).
